Help for Theresa?

Last year, in her first 24hr time-trial, Theresa was 2nd Lady in the National 24hr event. She was leading the many-times winner until the final 6hrs and has a real chance of taking a national title for the team. However, she can't do this on her own and could do with some team support, passing up bottles and food and so on.

The event is near Whitchurch (about an hour from Preston), starts on Sat 24th July and finishes Sun 25th July. If you can help at any time, but especially some time between 2am and 10am on Sun 25th July, then please contact Theresa

Thanks

TLI crit 3 at Salt Ayre - 3 wins this weekend and it's only Saturday :-)

Following Jack's win at Salt Ayre a few weeks ago Teamwallis were back in force for event 3. Although outnumbered by Manchester Wheelers and Lune RCC, we put Lewis, Steve and Julian in the break whilst Nev marked the bunch which at one stage was being towed by 6 Manchester Whls on the front. When the break split Lewis was at the front with Steve and Julian marking the chasers. Lewis duly won in the sprint whilst Steve finished 6th. Julian blew in the final 5 laps, probably from the efforts of track league the previous evening, and finished in the bunch with Nev.

Manchester Regional Track League

Manchester Regional Track League this Friday was a good evening for Teamwallis with Julian winning the 'Unknown Distance' and getting 3rd in the 'Points' for group 4 whilst Nev won the 'Points' race and finished 2nd in the 'Devil' for group 2. Both moved up the League table with just 2 weeks to go in the spring 2010 session.

Bring it on!

After a very successful training camp in Calpe, Spain, teamwallis-CHH are looking forward (weather permitting) to the first road race of the season, at the Clayton Velo Spring Classic on Sunday 28th February, as well as watching out for Luke and Julian gaining some experience the day before against the country's top track riders in the National Madison Championships (start sheet here).
