Theresa Taylor was in action again in another epic timetrial event. On a blustery day she manged a fantastic ride of 223miles and 3rd Lady in the event, how she does it I will never know.

teamwallis-CHH glutton for punishment Theresa Taylor, fresh from her fantastic 2nd place in the Women's National 24 hour time-trial, is taking part in the 12 hour event on the 16th. The course is again near Whitchurch, just over an hour from Preston. She already has a volunteer to cover the early morning stretch, but we could really do with some helpers to pass up food and drink and so on later in the day.

Teamwallis rider Theresa Taylor has been placed 2nd Lady in the National 24hr TT, finishing 21st overall with 397.3miles. She was leading the experienced several time ladies champion Marina Bloom at 100, and 12hr check points, but Marina's experience saw her edge out our 'T' in the final 6hrs. A great result seeing as it is her first ever 24hr! Well done Theresa.
Congratulations to Theresa Taylor on her 9th place in the National 100mile Time Trial event! Her time of 4:38:31 was a new Personal Best by a large margin.
teamwallis-CHH rider Theresa Taylor is taking part in one of the toughest tests around, a 24 hour time-trial, from 1pm Saturday 25th July to 1pm Sunday 26th July, on a course near Whitchurch.
She could really do with some helpers, to pass up bottles and food and generally offer support. You wouldn't have to be there for the whole event, work out a rota.

We hear that Theresa is continuing to produce great results in the Lakes & Lancs SPOCO series.
I believe she raced in both the West Penine event on Saturday and the Border City event on Sunday this weekend.

Shaun Pearson managed a brilliant 11th and 16-year old Tom Moses was the top junior in a fantastic 15th place. |
In case any potential spectators want some entertainment this weekend, we have a busy few days of racing ahead.
On Saturday, as British Cycling put it, "Team Wallis CHH’s young riders make one of their first competitive outings on the road" as Shaun, Iain, Lewis, Tom, Chris, Louise and Ella take on the likes of Olympic gold medal winner Ed Clancy, Tony Gibb, Rob Hayles and Sharon Laws at the Eddie Soens classic at 9:30am at Aintree.
On Sunday, gluttons for punishment Shaun, Iain, Lewis and Tom are road racing again, joined by Eldon and Steve riding in the E/1/2/3 group in the first CDNW event, at Treales. Chris, Louise and Ella are also having their second outing of the weekend, joined by Andy and John, in the 3/4/W category event.
Also on Sunday, Martin, Michael and Theresa are racing the Lancaster CC Spoco, a 21mile hilly time trial.
