A trip to near Scotland was the order of the day, the weather was not great and would make for a hard race. The 3/4 set off with Luke and Grant for the team. The race mainly stayed together but Luke fell victim to a puncture, Grant was active but got boxed in the sprint, and made the top 20. In the Elites race the man to watch was Richard Handley, he was marked from the start, and a small group formed eventually behind him. James had just been up the road, and so missed this one, as did Andy. However he then got in a small chase group, eventually Richard broke away, and then Andy made the group to finish 5th in the sprint. James finished top 15. This now means Andy is an Elite ranked rider, welldone.
